Apple TV

Apple first revealed the Apple TV in September 2006. The iTV immediately grabbed attention and created excitement. The ability to wirelessly stream audio and video from your computer to your TV at a price point under $300 is exciting. Although questions still remain on the if this will support 1080i, 1080P or something lower, we have confidence Apple will provide a high end product that can support 1080. Our thinking is that there is no reason for an HDMI output if HDTV quality video will not supported.

There is also question if this device will have a hard drive and if it does will it be able to act as a DVR (Digital Video Recorder, similar to TIVO). This question and several others should get answered 1st quarter of 2007. We are watching this product closely as we see tremendous potential here. Note that it is very possibly that when this product comes to market it will be released under a different name then iTV, not to worry we will be on top of it no matter what it is called.
